Header7F offline Console

Unzip into a private directory. Requires a modern browser and either Node.js22+ or Python3.

Start the loopback-only local server from the extracted directory:
  node serve.mjs
Open http://127.0.0.1:4178/ . Stop with Ctrl+C.
Alternative: python3 -m http.server 4178 --bind 127.0.0.1
Do not open index.html with file://: ES modules need HTTP. Do not bind this server to a public network.

All analysis is local. The bundle contains no auth.js, Firebase SDK/config, analytics module, account controls or lead forms. Its CSP blocks fetch/WebSocket connections, frames and form submissions. Assets and fonts are included. Reference links may open an external site only when you choose to follow them.

Imports, comparisons, config field maps, exports and guest snapshots work locally. Snapshots stay in the browser under this loopback origin; they are not encrypted cloud storage. Clearing browser data removes them. There is no sign-in, cloud sync, subscription, live agent, hardware write or embedded AI.

The Linux collector must be run separately on Linux; --help explains metadata collection and explicit config-read opt-in. Collector license: assets/COLLECTOR-LICENSE.txt. Font licenses are in assets/fonts/. The optional AXI sample has its own MIT license and scope in assets/examples/. Other Console files are provided for this local evaluation; no additional source redistribution license is granted by this bundle.

All bundled PCIe and AXI samples are synthetic, not real hardware/customer evidence. The sample reports are actual executions on those fixtures. No passing result proves hardware health or complete protocol compliance.

Verify the published ZIP's SHA-256 against offline-release.json before moving it to an isolated lab. SHA-256 is integrity metadata, not a cryptographic publisher signature.
