Direct PCIe evidence
Separate PCIe detection from video capture.
AVerMedia Live Gamer DUO GC570D needs an enumerated host connection as well as a supported video application. A PCIe evidence check can narrow the host-side question.
- Check the manufacturer’s OS and driver requirements first. On a suitable Linux diagnostic host, identify the card’s PCI address and collect its metadata.
- Import the capture into the workbench to inspect visibility, slot/link context and resource allocation; add relevant PCIe kernel messages.
- Compare the same card and capture method with a known-good state. Verify HDMI format, source protection, video driver and application behavior separately.
A readable PCIe function does not establish Linux capture support. Header7F does not receive HDMI video, validate capture formats or test a Windows capture application.
