What you send us
The pilot form collects your email address, selected area of interest and problem description. Your name, operating system/toolchain, device model and the point at which a PCIe problem occurs are optional. We use this information to understand your enquiry, assess fit for the pilot and respond about that request.
Please do not submit proprietary RTL, passwords, access keys, sensitive personal information or information you do not have permission to share. The form does not accept file uploads.
Where the form goes
Netlify hosts this website and processes pilot submissions through Netlify Forms. Submissions are available to Header7F through its Netlify account. Netlify and its service providers also process technical request data, which can include IP addresses and browser information, to deliver the site, handle forms and protect against abuse.
Provider details are available in Netlify’s form-submission documentation and privacy statement. Netlify’s processing on behalf of its customers is also governed by its applicable service and data-processing terms.
How we use and retain enquiries
We use enquiries to discuss the pilot and identify recurring engineering needs. We do not sell your enquiry or automatically add you to a newsletter. We will ask before publishing an identifiable quote, design detail or case study from your submission.
We retain enquiries while they are useful for handling the request and evaluating the pilot. You can ask us to correct or delete your submission. Some technical records may be retained by the hosting provider under its own service practices.
Tracking and other services
This site does not load advertising trackers or analytics SDKs. Fonts and site assets are served with the website. A Firebase project and web app have been registered, but no Firebase backend, authentication or analytics service is active on this site. There is no checkout or payment-data collection.
If you use the motion control, your browser stores that display preference locally so it can be remembered on your next visit. It is not sent to Header7F.
Links to documentation and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. We will update this notice if the way this site collects or uses information changes.
Ask about your information
Use the contact form and begin your message with “Privacy request.” Include the email address used for your original enquiry so we can locate it. We may need to confirm that the request relates to your information before acting on it.
