RIGOL DHO802 takes measurements through its own acquisition software or front panel. Header7F helps structure the digital timing question and preserve enough context to repeat it.
- Choose documented test points, suitable probes and appropriate voltage limits. Record bandwidth, timebase, trigger, sample settings and ground connection.
- Use Header7F’s timing guides to decide which event or handshake you are trying to observe. Internal FPGA signals need an appropriate debug path before they can be probed.
- Save the raw instrument capture and setup with the design revision and symptom. Treat Header7F’s timing examples as synthetic teaching material, not measured traces from this instrument.
