Rule out the programming cable first.
USB-C to Micro-B data cable 1m is the USB-C to Micro-B data path for the board in this setup. A known-good cable is an easy variable to isolate when programming or serial access disappears.
- Check that the computer has the matching USB-C port and the board uses Micro-B. Connect directly while establishing the first programming baseline.
- Check board detection and programming in the board vendor’s software. Swap one cable or port at a time and record what changes.
